The Cascapedia River Museum was founded out of a desire to preserve and share the rich heritage of this remarkable river. Through our ongoing research, we continue to uncover stories that reflect not only the history of our local community, but also the unique connection that has united generations of Atlantic salmon enthusiasts and anglers.
Our mission is to promote understanding, appreciation, and preservation of the history and culture surrounding the Cascapedia River. To achieve this, we rely on the support of people who, like us, are committed to safeguarding this heritage and passing it on to future generations.
